Poshmark selling fees: the complete 2026 list
Every fee Poshmark can charge a US seller, in one place — what it is, when it applies, and what it costs. Poshmark's structure is the simplest of the big three marketplaces: one commission, two tiers. Rates as of 2026, US sellers.
The fees
| Fee | Cost | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Commission (flat tier) | $2.95 | Sales of $15 or less — a flat commission regardless of the exact price |
| Commission (percentage tier) | 20% | Sales above $15, charged on the item price (shipping is not part of the commission base) |
| Listing fee | None | Creating listings is free, with no monthly cap |
| Shipping (default) | Buyer pays | Buyer covers the prepaid USPS label on standard orders — no shipping cost on the seller side by default |
| Payment processing | None | No separate processing fee — the commission is the whole deduction |
Worked example
A $25 item, buyer pays the shipping label:
- Commission: 20% × $25 = $5.00
- You keep: $20.00 — 20% of the item price, nothing else deducted
A $12 item falls in the flat tier: commission is $2.95 and you keep $9.05. Note the flat tier means low-priced sales give up a larger share — $$2.95 on $12 is about 25% — which is worth remembering when you price small items.
What does not cost extra
- Listings, photos, and covershots — no listing fee, no renewal fee
- Payment processing — no separate fee beyond the commission
- Shipping on the standard flow — the buyer's payment covers the prepaid label

If you offer discounted or seller-paid shipping on a listing, that comes out of your proceeds as a cost — the calculator's shipping field covers it.
